Wheelhouse is a revenue management & market insights software designed for professional short-term rental operators. Powered by a next-gen pricing engine, built from the ground up by PhD Data Scientists.
What's the challenge?Wheelhouse utilizes a dynamic pricing engine to recommend daily pricing & automatically update prices for a short-term rental. However, while rental owners and hosts agreed with their Wheelhouse Pricing for the most part, they weren't 100% happy. They wanted to make adjustments, both at a yearly or monthly level as well as at a daily level.
